The area on the west side of Linden Avenue presently occupied
by Meters 3, 5 and 7 is hereby designated as a loading zone and shall
be regulated and administered by Jewish Federation Towers. No one
shall stop or stand without a permit from Jewish Federation Towers.
Violators shall be towed.
Signs shall be placed at the start and at the end of this zone
of sufficient size to inform anyone who stops or stands that he or
she needs a permit to park and that he or she will be towed if he
or she parks or stands.
Jewish Federation Towers shall pay the Township $1,200 per year,
due annually, to offset the Township's lost revenue.
