Effective January 1, 1998, the compensation of the Treasurer
and Tax Collector of Lower Swatara Township for all services rendered
as Treasurer and Tax Collector for the Board of Commissioners of the
Township of Lower Swatara, shall be as follows:

Beginning on January 1, 1976, the compensation of all Township
Commissioners of the Township of Lower Swatara, elected or appointed
after the adoption of this Part, shall be the maximum amount permitted
as the General Assembly may, from time to time determine, as restricted
by the provisions of § 603 of the First Class Township Code.[1]
