No person shall transport or possess on his person or transport
or possess in a motor vehicle any beer, wine or alcoholic beverage
in an open container in or upon the streets, sidewalks, alleys or
public ways of the Township of Lower Swatara, nor in or upon the parking
areas of private shopping centers within the Township of Lower Swatara.

No person shall consume or possess any beer, wine or alcoholic
beverage in an open container in or upon the property of another unless
that person is a guest, licensee or invitee of the owner or occupier
of the property, and said owner or occupier has expressly consented
to said consumption or possession of said alcoholic beverages.

Any person who shall violate any provision of this Part shall,
upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than
$600 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs,
to imprisonment for a term not to exceed 30 days.
