The construction, cutting or repair of all streets, curbs, sidewalks, underdrains and storm sewers undertaken hereafter in the Township of Lower Swatara shall be in accordance with the sections of Chapter 22, Subdivision and Land Development, as amended.
A. 
Street construction: § 22-603.
B. 
Storm sewers: § 22-605.
C. 
Curbs: § 22-606.
D. 
Sidewalks: § 22-607.

The aforesaid sections are incorporated herein by reference, as fully as though repeated here in their entirety.
A. 
For all street excavations, if the opening is made within three feet of the edge of pavement or longitudinal joint or opening, the surface restoration shall be extended to edge of pavement or joint.

Any person, firm, partnership or corporation failing to construct the aforesaid improvements in accordance with the specifications contained in the foregoing sections of Chapter 22, Subdivision and Land Development, as amended, shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $300 not more than $1,000 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to imprisonment for a term not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of this Part continues shall constitute a separate offense.
