The base rate is $800 per transport, which shall include the dispatch of EMTs; services of basic life support; and emergency ambulance transportation to local health care facilities.
A mileage charge of $35 per mile shall be added to the base rate.
A. 
Oxygen administration: $50.
B. 
Disposable cervical collar: $35.
C. 
AED administration: $95.
D. 
EpiPen: $200.
E. 
Nonemergency (scheduled) stretcher transport: $500.
F. 
Refusal fee (medical assessment or treatment without transport): $150.
G. 
Extra attendants/bariatric: $225.
H. 
EMS ambulance standby fee: $75 per hour per ambulance.
I. 
Narcan administration: $50 per dose.
J. 
Aspirin administration: $25.
K. 
CPAP administration: $50
L. 
Continuing education fee: $10 per CEU applied.
