Any or all actions related to this Purchasing Ordinance shall
comply with approved City ethics and personnel regulations.
Nonconformance with this chapter may violate City rules, State
of Maine civil and criminal laws and may result in legal actions and
sanctions.
When for any reason collusion or other anticompetitive practices
are suspected among any bidders or offerors, or by any City employees
or officers, an employee with knowledge of such reason shall report
the anti-competitive practice to his/her immediate supervisor. Facts
may also be presented to the Purchasing Officer for appropriate investigation.
