§ 142-3 Speed limit(s).

Thirty miles per hour is the maximum speed within the corporate limits of the Village unless otherwise stated in this chapter or otherwise posted.

Fines will be determined by New York State Law.

The enforcement of Village Parking and Traffic Regulations will be the responsibility of any police agency, police officer or other agent as designated by the Village.
