The Village parking lots in the Village of Livonia will be clearly identified ,and parking of vehicles shall be permitted only upon the conditions set forth in this Article.

Brooks Lot
The lot is bound by Main Street and Livonia Station.
Didas Lot
The lot is located on the west side of Grove Street.
Field Lot
The lot is on the west side of Commercial Street.
Gazette Lot
The lot is on the southwest corner of Main Street and Spring Street.
Keystone Lot[1]
The lot is at the southeast corner of Main Street and Commercial Street.
Patterson Lot[2]
The lot is on Washington Street and adjacent to the Livonia Public Library.
Prettejohn Lot
The lot is bound by Church Street, Spring Street, Main Street and Commercial Street.

No person shall park any vehicle for more than 36 hours in any Village parking lot or in any Village park.

Any vehicle that is not properly licensed, inspected or insured is not permitted in any Village parking lot at any time. Also, the parking of any truck, tractor, tractor trailer, trailer body, mobile home, house trailer, boat trailer, camper trailer, bus or any similar vehicle or piece of equipment is not permitted in any Village parking lot at any time.
No repair work on any vehicle, except emergency repairs, shall be done or performed in any Village parking lot.

Parking for more than three hours is prohibited at the following locations:

B. 
Overnight parking is prohibited at the following locations for the entire lot: Brooks Lot, Didas Lot, Gazette Lot, Keystone Lot and Patterson Lot.

All violations will have the same fines as Article III, § 142-17, of this chapter.
The enforcement of the Village parking lot regulations will be the responsibility of any police agency, police officer or whomever may be responsible for enforcing this chapter.
This chapter shall take effect immediately upon its filing in the Office of the Secretary of State in accordance with § 27 of the Municipal Home Rule Law.
