Upon taking office, portrait photographs of the members of the
Municipal Council and the Municipal Clerk shall be displayed in the
Irvington Municipal Council Chambers.
Upon leaving office, the portrait photographs of the members
of the Municipal Council and the Municipal Clerk shall be presented
to those individuals as a tribute to their public service.
