It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in or carry on
the business of selling, at retail or wholesale, in the Town, cut
flowers, shrubs, growing flowers, plants, potteries containing plants
or flowers, flower stands or flower holders containing plants or flowers,
Christmas wreaths or other types of wreaths, boughs, Christmas or

Any license provided for by this chapter may be suspended or
revoked by the Director having jurisdiction over the Division of Licensing

health, welfare, morals and safety of the residents of the Town; provided,
however, that before any license may be revoked, a hearing shall be
given to the licensee on two days' written notice sent to the
licensee at the address stated in his application.
A license shall be required for the premises of each location where it is sought to engage in or where there is carried on the sale of the items listed in §
