Township of Irvington, NJ Article III Public Urination

§ 439-38 Public urination unlawful.

It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the act of public urination upon the streets, sidewalks, alleyways or any other place where they may be observed by the general passing public in the Township of Irvington.

§ 439-39 Violations and penalties. [1]

Any person, firm or corporation found guilty of a violation of any other terms of this article shall be subject to the penalty set forth in Chapter 1, Article III, Penalties, of the Township Code.
