The procedures for processing subdivisions shall comply with the requirements of Chapter
365, Land Use Procedures, of the Code of the Township of Irvington, New Jersey.
Notice and public hearing otherwise required by the provisions of Chapter
365, Land Use Procedures, of the Code of the Township of Irvington shall be waived if the Subdivision Committee finds that an application for development conforms to the definition of minor subdivision in §
560-2 of this chapter; provided, however, that the Subdivision Committee may condition such approval on terms ensuring the provision of improvements pursuant to the provisions of Article
IV of this chapter. Minor subdivision approval shall be deemed to be final approval of the subdivision, and the Chairman and Secretary of the Planning Board shall endorse their approval on the plat submitted.
The Planning Board shall grant final approval if the detailed
drawings, specifications and estimates conform to the standards established
by this chapter, and provided further that the conditions of preliminary
approval have been met.
