After the review of the final plat by the Planning and Zoning Commission, such final plat, together with the recommendations of the Planning and Zoning Commission, shall be transmitted to the Board of Aldermen as required by law for its review.

Seven (7) copies of the recorded plat shall be provided by the subdivider and shall be submitted to the Secretary of the Planning and Zoning Commission for distribution to various public and quasi-public departments, offices, and agencies.

If any Section of this Chapter be held to be unconstitutional or otherwise invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, then such Section shall be considered separately and apart from the remaining provisions of this Chapter, said Section to be completely severable from the remaining provisions of this Chapter, and the remaining provisions of this Chapter shall remain in full force and effect.
