The person or persons designated by the Village of Livonia to
conduct inspections pursuant to the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention
and Building Code within the Village of Livonia is hereby authorized
to issue and serve an appearance ticket with respect to violations
of any state statute, rules and regulations, local law or rules and
regulations of the Village of Livonia that said designated inspector
is required or authorized to enforce.
The person or persons designated by the Village of Livonia as
the Code Enforcement Officer within the Village of Livonia is hereby
authorized to issue and serve an appearance ticket with respect to
violations of any state statute, rules and regulations, local law,
law or rules and regulations of the Village of Livonia that said designated
Code Enforcement Officer is required or authorized to enforce.
