§ 89-54 Effective date.

§ 89-53 Repealer; subsequent amendments.

All ordinances or parts of ordinances that are inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.

This chapter shall be amended as required by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Title 44, Code of Federal Regulations. All subsequent amendments to this chapter are subject to the approval of the Federal Emergency Management Agency and the Maryland Department of the Environment.

§ 89-54 Effective date.

This chapter is adopted this 14th day of July, 2015, to be effective on the 16th day of July, 2015, pursuant to Ordinance No. 2015-03 and Emergency Ordinance No. 2015-04, both adopted by the Mayor and Council on July 14, 2015.
