Pursuant to the authority conferred by § 328 of the
New York State Real Property Tax Law, the three existing elective
offices of Assessor for the Town of LaFayette are hereby abolished,
terminated and eliminated, effective at 12:00 midnight, December 31,
2010.
Effective at 12:01 a.m. on January 1, 2011, there is established
the office of one appointed Town Assessor in and for the Town of LaFayette,
such appointment to be undertaken in accordance with § 310
of the New York State Real Property Tax Law.
