The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this chapter,
shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where
the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
The community antenna television system.
A person to whom a license has been issued pursuant to provisions
of this chapter.
A system for simultaneous transmission of audio signals and
translucent visual images by means of electrical impulses.
