There is hereby created the office of Staff Assistant for Budget
and Finance in the office of the Township Administrator, to assist
the Township Administrator in the preparation and control of the annual
budget, maintain the financial accounting and reporting system and
coordinate all financial activities of the Township.
The Staff Assistant shall be appointed by the majority vote
for the term of one year beginning on the first day of January and
ending on the 31st day of December of each year, except that the appointment
for the year 1979 shall be from July 1, 1979, until December 31, 1979.
The Staff Assistant shall receive such salary as may be provided
from time to time by the Township Committee by ordinance.
