A. 
There are hereby created and established rules and guidelines for the use and operation of the Township of Cranford Canoe Club.
B. 
Use of the facilities shall be subject to such rules and guidelines as may be promulgated by the Township Committee by ordinance or resolution, and a copy of such ordinances, rules and guidelines shall be filed with the Township Clerk and the Department of Recreation and Parks for public inspection.
In accordance with regulations laid down by Green Acres rules and regulations, use of the facility is open to all residents of the State of New Jersey.[1]

Rules and regulations other than those herein contained may be promulgated by the Department of Recreation and Parks subject to the approval of the Township Committee by resolution and shall be enforceable by suspension or termination of use of the facilities.
A. 
Regulations shall be promulgated and be available at the Department of Recreation and Parks and at the Canoe Club facility.
B. 
Members of the Police Department of the Township of Cranford and Department of Recreation and Parks staff, when on duty at the Canoe Club, shall have the proper authority to prohibit any action or conduct which they consider to be dangerous, improper or immoral and any act or actions in violation of the rules and regulations hereinbefore provided in this article and shall have the power of expulsion from or suspension of use of the Canoe Club facilities.
The rules and regulations attributable to facilities funded by Green Acres are hereby incorporated into this article and become a part of it hereof.
The provisions of this article shall not relieve any person of the duty to observe other provisions as set forth in any New Jersey statute or ordinance of the Township of Cranford or as herein provided. All fees, rules and regulations and the like are conditioned on any future amendments to state statutes or new regulations or executive order of the Governor of New Jersey.
