No person shall pluck, cut, break, remove or destroy, injure or mutilate any tree, shrub, plant, or grass or any root, branch, leaf or flower thereof upon any public street or public place or in any park in the Township except as required or permitted by §§ 367-13 and 367-16.
No person having any child or children in his charge or under his control shall allow, suffer or permit such child or children to pluck, break, remove, destroy, injure or mutilate any tree, shrub, plant, or grass or root, branch, leaf or flower thereof upon any public street or public place or in any park in the Township.
No person shall tie or fasten any animal to any tree standing upon any public street or place or cause or permit any animal to stand near any such tree whereby the tree shall be in anywise injured.
A. 
No person shall attach any guy or stay line or wire or any electric wire, insulator or other device for the holding of an electric wire to any tree standing in any public street or place except by a permit first obtained in writing from the Township Committee. Where, by virtue of said permit, any such wire, insulator or other device shall be so attached to any tree, the same shall be maintained subject to the supervision of the Township Committee and shall be removed by the person maintaining the same on 30 days' notice to him.
B. 
The permit referred to in Subsection A of this section shall be issued upon application made therefor, approved by the Township Committee and accompanied by payment of a fee of $5.
