Whenever any words and phrases are used in this chapter, the
meanings respectively ascribed to them in Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of
the New Jersey Statutes Annotated shall be deemed to apply to such
words and phrases used herein.
A.Â
Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of the State of New
Jersey shall be made applicable to the private roads, streets, driveways,
trails, terraces, parking areas or other roadways situated on the
property of Cranford Condominium Association, designated as 321 North
Avenue East in the Township of Cranford, New Jersey.
B.Â
Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of the State of New
Jersey shall be made applicable to the private roads, streets, driveways,
trails, terraces, parking areas or other roadways situated on the
property of Cranford High School, designated as Block 154, Lot 16,
as indicated on the attached diagram, in the Township of Cranford,
New Jersey.
C.Â
Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of the State of New
Jersey shall be made applicable to the private roads, streets, driveways,
trails, terraces, parking areas or other roadways situated on the
property of Cleveland Plaza Associates, designated as Block 191, Lot
2, as indicated on the attached diagram, in the Township of Cranford,
New Jersey.
D.Â
Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of the State of New
Jersey shall be made applicable to the private roads, streets, driveways,
trails, terraces, parking areas or other roadways situated on the
property of Cranford Shopping Center, designated as 6-20 South Avenue
West, as indicated on the attached diagram, in the Township of Cranford,
New Jersey.

All former traffic ordinances of the Township of Cranford are
hereby repealed, except that this repeal shall not affect or prevent
the prosecution or punishment of any person for any act done or committed
in violation of any ordinance hereby repealed prior to the taking
effect of this chapter.

Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey statute and § 410-53, every person convicted of a violation of a provision of this chapter or any supplement thereto shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $50 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both.
