The Board of Health of the Township of Cranford hereby adopts
by reference all of the provisions of Chapter 8 of the New Jersey
State Sanitary Code, N.J.A.C. 8:27-1 et seq., titled "Body Art Procedures,"
as the same are fully described therein.
The following fees shall be charged in connection with any application made pursuant to § 446-1:
A.
Plan review, establishment performing body art procedures: $100.
B.
Annual licensing inspection, establishment performing tattooing or
permanent cosmetics: $300.
C.
Annual licensing inspection, establishment performing body piercing:
$300.
D.
Annual licensing inspection, establishment performing tattooing or
permanent cosmetics and body piercing: $300.
E.
Temporary license, establishment performing body art procedures (maximum
three days): $150.
