Quarterly charges for sewer service, if not paid by the date
bills are due, shall be delinquent and shall be subject to a penalty
of 12%. Delinquent notices will be mailed out the day after the bills
were initially due. If after 10 days of mailing of the delinquent
notices; the bill is not paid, Borough employees will post the house
with a ten-day shutoff notice for an additional fee of $10. If the
Borough Employees come to the property to turn off the sewer service,
a $15 shutoff fee is charged. Sewer service will not be turned back
on until the bill is paid in full.
