Rules and regulations for the use and maintenance of places
of recreation shall be adopted by the Pittsfield Charter Township
Board of Parks Commissioners.
A person who violates the rules and regulations adopted by the
Pittsfield Charter Township Board of Parks Commissioners shall be
responsible for a municipal civil infraction and may be ejected from
the place of recreation and served with a notice of trespass.
