Pittsfield Charter Township hereby adopts by citation and incorporates
in this article as if fully stated herein the Youth Tobacco Act, being
MCL 722.641 et seq., P.A. 31 of 1915, and all future amendments and
revisions to the Youth Tobacco Act when they are promulgated and made
effective in this state.

Electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, and any other device which allows a person to inhale aerosol containing nicotine or other substances shall be regulated in the same manner as any and all tobacco products as defined by the Youth Tobacco Act, and punishable in the manner prescribed for violations of this article in § 14-46.
Copies of the Youth Tobacco Act as adopted herein by reference
shall be kept in the office of the Township Clerk located at 6201
West Michigan Avenue, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48108, and shall be made
available for inspection by, and distribution to, the public for a
reasonable fee as determined by the Clerk, which fee shall not exceed
the cost for reproduction or furnishing copies of this article, the
Youth Tobacco Act, or for any parts thereof.
The penalties provided for in the Youth Tobacco Act are hereby
adopted and incorporated herein by reference as if fully stated.
