The Building Inspector shall investigate the construction, alteration, relocation, or use of any buildings, structures, or premises.

Said Inspector, on finding any violation of any provision of this article, shall report the same to the Mayor.
Said report shall contain the name of the violator, the location of the premises, and the specific violation thereof.
A copy of said violation shall be delivered by registered mail to the violator, his lawful agent, to the owner or to his duly authorized agent, and to the occupant of the premises, and said notice shall order that any use of any premises contrary to the provisions of this article shall immediately cease.
The Mayor shall from time to time establish all fees for inspections made.
