In accordance with Section 201 of the Pennsylvania Municipalities
Planning Code Act No. 247, et seq., effective January 1, 1969, the
Planning Commission created by Ordinance No. 243 shall hereafter consist
of seven members whose appointments shall be made in accordance with
the provisions of Act No. 247. All powers and duties of the Department
of Planning shall be governed by Act No. 247.

The Secretary of the Planning Commission shall be the Borough
Code Official, Zoning Officer, or Planning Official, as directed and
appointed by the Borough Manager. All correspondence regarding the
business of the Planning Commission shall be handled through the office
of Zoning, Planning, and Codes Enforcement.
