On or before January 1, 1974, any person, firm or corporation
owning or managing property located in the Borough of Emmaus which
property at the present time is rented or leased, shall furnish to
the Borough Manager the name and address of the tenant or tenants.

1. Any person, firm or corporation owning or managing property located
in the Borough of Emmaus, upon leasing or renting such property shall
furnish to the Borough Manager the name and address of the tenant
or tenants within 10 days from the date of occupancy of the said property
by the tenant or tenants.
2. Any person, firm or corporation owning or managing property located
in the Borough of Emmaus shall furnish written notification to the
Borough Manager of the name and forwarding address of vacating tenant
or tenants within 10 days from the date of vacating of said property
by the tenant or tenants.

1. Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of
this Part 2 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a
fine of not more than $300; and/to to imprisonment for a term not
to exceed 90 days.
2. Any person, and the principal of any firm and the Chief Executive Officer of any corporation violating §
11-202(2) of this Part shall in addition to the penalties provided for in §
11-203(1) be liable for all fees and assessments which otherwise would have been terminated had proper written notification as required by this Part been given.

In addition to normal advertising requirements of law, a copy
of this Part will be posted in the lobby of the Borough Town Hall
for a period of 30 days and the Borough Manager of the Borough shall
give written notice of the contents of this Part to all rental agencies
and real estate agencies located in the Borough of Emmaus and to Allentown
Multiple Listing Service.
