The Department of Health of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
be and it is by this chapter requested, under the provisions of the
Administrative Code of 1929, Article 21, Section 2102,[1] to take over the administration of the Health Laws within
the Borough of Mount Wolf, York County, Pennsylvania, at the expense
of the Department of Health.

and directed to send a copy of this chapter to the Department of Health
for the purpose of making known to said Department the request herein
incorporated.
