Village of Mishicot, WI Article XI Amount of User Charges

§ 285-65 User charge system.

The user charge system for the Village of Mishicot shall be in accordance with methods and procedures outlined in Appendix A, which will be considered a part of this chapter.[1]

§ 285-66 Minimum monthly charge.

The minimum monthly charge for all retail users shall be based upon the size of their water meter(s) in accordance with Appendix A. Deduct meters are not included in the fixed charge.

§ 285-67 Volume charge.

The volume charge for users discharging wastewater having normal strength shall be based upon the volume of water discharged to the sewerage system. The volume charge for users discharging wastewater having normal strength shall be in accordance with Appendix A.

§ 285-68 User charge for high-strength wastewater.

The user charge for high-strength wastewater shall be in accordance with Part II of Appendix A. The user charge for high-strength wastewater will be calculated as follows: User Charge = (Total Flow x Flow Charge/1,000 gallons) + (Total BOD Loading Greater Than Domestic Strength x BOD Charge/Pound) + (Total Suspended Solids Loading Greater Than Domestic Strength x Suspended Solids Charge/Pound).
