A.
The City of Kimberling City adopts all statements, regulations,
laws, and policies of the State of Missouri regarding affirmative
action and non-discrimination, as found in the Revised Statutes of
Missouri.
B.
The City of Kimberling City adopts all statements, regulations,
laws, and policies of the United States as found in the United States
Code and the Code of Federal Regulations.

The municipal utility has been charged with creating and implementing
an Identity Theft Prevention Program pursuant to the Fair and Accurate
Credit Transactions Act of 2003 (15 U.S.C. § 168s(a)(1))
and by Federal Trade Commission rule (16 CFR 681). The Board of Aldermen
has reviewed and approved the Identity Theft Prevention Program for
the City's municipal utility (Exhibit 1 which is on file in the
City offices) with this Section and as required by 15 CFR 681.2(e)(1).
