In keeping with the spirit of numerous federal laws and regulations
with regard to discrimination because of race, creed, color, age or
sex, there shall be an Affirmative Action Commission. The Affirmative
Action Commission shall consist of seven members with terms of six
years each. Initially, three members shall be appointed to six years,
two members shall be appointed for four years and two members shall
be appointed for two years.
