(a)
The First Selectman is hereby authorized to apply for any and all
grants, bonds or funding sources on behalf of the town and the Windham
Ad-Hoc Community Recreation Center Commission.
(b)
The First Selectman be approved and authorized to execute and deliver
any and all such documents, agreements and instruments pursuant to
the development of the Windham Ad-Hoc Community Recreation Center
Commission.
