There is hereby created a three member Zoning Hearing Board,
whose membership, organization and procedures shall be those as set
forth in Article IX of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code,
as amended.

The Board of Supervisors may appoint up to three alternate members
of the Zoning Hearing Board who shall serve pursuant to Article IX
of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code.

The Board shall conduct hearings and make decisions in accordance
with the procedures provided in Article X-A of the Pennsylvania Municipalities
Planning Code.

Planning Code.
