No person shall operate a vehicle upon any public street in
the City, at a speed in excess of twenty-five (25) miles per hour,
unless signs are posted designating another speed limit. Any speed
in excess of the following shall be considered as prima facie evidence
of driving at a rate of speed which is not careful, prudent and lawful.

A tract of land being part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter of Section 11, and part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter of Section 12; all in Township 47 North, Range 4 West, Montgomery
County, Missouri, and being described as follows: Commencing at an
Old Stone at the Northwest Corner of the Northeast Quarter of Section
11; thence South 74 degrees 41 minutes 35 seconds East 2,308.05 feet
to a point in the centerline of the County Road on the North right-of-way
line of the Norfolk and Western Railroad; thence along the said centerline

thence continuing along the South line of State Highway "Y," and the
North line of the City of Jonesburg, Southeasterly 215 feet; thence
leaving the South line of Missouri State Highway "Y," Northerly 60
feet, more or less to a point on the North line of Missouri State
Highway "Y"; thence leaving the West line of the City of Jonesburg,
and along the North line of Missouri State Highway "Y," Westerly 1,775
feet, more or less, to a point at the Southeast Corner of a tract
of land described in Book 282 at Page 429 of the Montgomery County
Records; thence continuing along the North line of Missouri State
Highway "Y" and the South line of the tract of land described in Book
282 at Page 429 of the Montgomery County Records, Northwesterly 294.89
feet to the Southwest Corner of said tract of land; thence leaving
the said tract of land and the North right-of-way line of Missouri
State Highway "Y," Southerly 60 feet, more or less, to a point on
the South line of Missouri State Highway "Y"; thence along the said
South line of Missouri State Highway "Y," Southeasterly 260 feet,
