The Tax Collector of the Township of Blair is herewith authorized to charge:
A. 
A tax certification fee to supply written verification of the taxes on any particular property within the Township of Blair;
B. 
A duplicate bill fee;
C. 
A trailer removal permit fee; and
D. 
Other such fees as may be established by the Blair Township Board of Supervisors.
E. 
The amounts to be charged for all of the aforementioned fees shall be established by the Blair Township Board of Supervisors in advance by resolution adopted prior to the 15th day of February of each year of the municipal elections.

This authorization shall apply to the present Tax Collector or any new Tax Collector hereinafter elected and said authorization shall remain in effect on an annual basis unless the Supervisors shall by new ordinance terminate or modify said fee.
