Certain documents, three copies of which are on file in the
office of the Zoning and Building Department of Cecil Township, being
marked and designated as the International Residential Code, as published
by the International Code Council, is hereby adopted as the code of
Cecil Township for regulating the design, construction, quality of
materials, erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, relocation,
replacement, addition to, use or maintenance of one- and two-family
dwellings and townhouses not more than three stories in height in
Cecil Township, and providing for the issuance of permits and collection
of fees therefor; and each and all of the regulations, provisions,
conditions and terms of such International Residential Code, 2000
edition, published by the International Code Council, on file in the
office of Cecil Township are hereby referred to, adopted and made
a part hereof as if fully set out in this article.
The following sections are hereby revised:

Ordinance No. 6-91, § 5, of Cecil Township, entitled
"CABO (1989 Edition)," and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
The Chief Code Official is hereby ordered and directed to cause
this article to be published.
This article and the rules, regulations, provisions, requirements,
orders and matters established and adopted hereby shall take effect
and be in full force and effect immediately from and after the date
of its final passage and adoption.
