In pursuance of such intention, the Board of Supervisors of this Township hereby adopts the rules and regulations, as they may be amended from time to time. The Board of Supervisors, the Township Manager, the Authority or the Solicitor for the Authority may, and are hereby authorized to, institute summary proceedings, in accordance with the applicable rules of court for violations of the rules and regulations, including such amendments of the rules and regulations as may be made from time to time. This action shall be brought in the name of the Township and any person convicted of violating the rules and regulations, as amended, upon conviction thereof in an action brought before a magisterial district judge in the manner provided for the enforcement of summary offenses under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 90 days. Each day that a violation of this Part continues or each section of this Part which shall be found to have been violated shall constitute a separate offense.
