The City hereby elects to authorize vehicular pursuits by its municipal Police Officers under circumstances which may result in high-speed pursuits both within and outside the corporate limits of the City of Billings, Missouri.

Attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference is the policy[1] for the safe conduct of such vehicular pursuits by City Police Officers, which the City hereby adopts as its official policy by this Article.
