The position of elected Tax Collector for the Township of Ross
is hereby established and said elected Tax Collector shall perform
the duties of office as set forth in the First Class Township Code
and shall receive compensation in the amount of $10,000 per year from
the Township. Said compensation shall not include the use of any Township
office or other equipment or supplies. Any elected Tax Collector may
negotiate the use of same with the Township, however, the Township
is not under any obligation to so negotiate, but may choose to do
so.

The provisions hereof shall be effective for the term of the
elected Township Tax Collector following December 31, 2013, and for
each succeeding term thereafter, unless otherwise changed by ordinance
of the Township.

The Township hereby designates that the Township Finance Director
as appointed by the Board of Commissioners shall also serve as the
Township Treasurer and compensation therefore shall be said from time
to time by said Board of Commissioners. Said Treasurer shall perform
the duties of office as set forth in the First Class Township Code,
and shall serve until a successor is appointed by said Board of Commissioners.
