Pursuant to the Cable Television Act of 1992, the Ross Township
Board of Commissioners, as the CATV Franchising Authority, has the
power to appoint a CATV Regulatory Agency.

The Ross Township Board of Commissioners is hereby appointed
as the CATV Regulatory Agency.

The CATV Regulatory Agency is hereby granted such powers, duties,
rights and obligations as are granted to it by the Cable Television
Act of 1992 and the FCC.
