The following acts are hereby declared to be unlawful and are
prohibited; to, throw, drop or place or caused to be thrown, dropped
or placed into any of the public surface water drains and gutters
within the Township, debris, leaves, grass, ashes, wood, bricks, earth,
stones, papers, cardboard or any other substances of any kind which
tend to foul, contaminate and obstruct the free flow of the public
surface water drains and gutters within the Township.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision
of this Part, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a
fine of not more than $1,000 plus costs and, in default of payment
of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30
days. Each day that a violation of this Part continues shall constitute
a separate offense.
