All developmental submissions including subdivisions, site plans, rezonings and as-built shall be provided in a format usable to GIS.

The following data is required in a format usable to GIS:
A. 
Survey Data.
(1) 
Delivered in a .dxf format.
(2) 
Feature attributes should be stored as text in the same layer as the feature is associated with.
(3) 
Data should be in State Plane Coordinate System NAD83 Pennsylvania South.
B. 
As-Built Drawings.
