The following described territory situate in the Town of Ogden,
Monroe County, New York, is and shall be annexed to and become a part
of the Village of Spencerport, Monroe County, New York. (See Exhibit
B attached.[1])

The territory so annexed shall hereinafter be classified as
PRD Planned Residential Development and shall hereinafter be subject
to the regulations of the Village of Spencerport pertaining thereto.
