A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to use the amphitheater in Kittanning Riverfront Park or any part thereof, except in the case of emergency, for a base from which to enter the Allegheny River by jumping, diving or similar means or to exit the river, by use of the amphitheater itself or any portion or parts thereof (except in the case of exiting boats moored or tied to the amphitheater).
B. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to use any portion of the decorative or ornamental portions of the amphitheater to aid any individuals in the conduct of any of the prohibited swimming activities set forth herein.
Any violation of this article be and is hereby declared a summary offense; and any person who shall violate the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of up to $300 and/or to undergo imprisonment for a term not to exceed 30 days, together with all costs of prosecution.
