The Board of Zoning Adjustment, as established under Title IV, Chapter 405, Article VI of the Municipal Code of the City of Weston, Missouri, shall have the power to hear and decide appeals where it is alleged there is error in any order, requirement, or interpretation made by the Building Official in the enforcement of this Article.
