A.
A vehicle, including a tractor-trailer rig, grain
truck or any other vehicle, shall not remain on the parking lot located
at the corner of Public and Hawkins Streets for more than seventy-two
(72) hours.

If any such vehicle is left on said parking lot in
excess of seventy-two (72) hours, then the vehicle will be ticketed
and, upon direction of the City Police, may be towed at the owner's
expense.
2.
The vehicle may be ticketed for every day it is left
on the parking lot in excess of seventy-two (72) hours.
B.
Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions
of this Schedule may be punished by a fine of not less than five dollars
($5.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).
