It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a railroad engine, train, car or other railroad equipment upon or across any street or public alley in the Borough of Kittanning at a speed in excess of 15 miles per hour.
It shall be unlawful for any person, operating any railroad engine, train, car or other railroad equipment, to blockade or obstruct any crossing of any street or public alley in the Borough of Kittanning with any such engine, train, car or other equipment for a longer period than five minutes at any one time.

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $600 and costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment of fine and costs, to undergo imprisonment for not more than 30 days.
