The following shall constitute a public health nuisance, and violations of these regulations shall be enforced according to the provisions of the code herewith established:
a. 
Animals. The keeping of any animals under unsanitary conditions.
b. 
The outdoor storage or disposal of refrigerators with the door attached.
The following provisions of the Public Health Nuisance Code of New Jersey (1953) are deleted from the code as adopted by the Board of Health of the Township of Bernards: Sections 2.1(a) and 2.1(b).
