The following shall constitute a public health nuisance, and
violations of these regulations shall be enforced according to the
provisions of the code herewith established:
The following provisions of the Public Health Nuisance Code
of New Jersey (1953) are deleted from the code as adopted by the Board
of Health of the Township of Bernards: Sections 2.1(a) and 2.1(b).
