The following lands located in Wrightstown Township are hereby re-zoned from CM, Conservation Management to MS, Municipal Services:
2189 Second Street Pike, known as Chippewa Farms. Bucks County Tax Map Parcel No. 53-12-018. The lands being re-zoned are described as all that land bounded on the east by Second Street Pike; bounded by the lands now or late of the Philadelphia Electric Company, also bounded by the lands now or late of C. Percy Worthington, and also bounded by the lands now or late of William Davis; consisting of 62.633 acres, more or less.
The Newtown Area Joint Municipal Zoning Map is hereby amended to reflect that Bucks County Tax Map Parcel No. 53-12-18 is rezoned from CM, Conservation Management, to MS, Municipal Services.
The following property located in Wrightstown Township is hereby re-zoned from MS, Municipal Services to CR-1 Country Residential Low Density:
780 Penns Park Road. Bucks County Tax Map Parcel No. 53-014-011. The property consists of 3.268 acres.
The Newtown Area Joint Municipal Zoning Map is hereby amended to reflect that Bucks County Tax Map Parcel No. 53-014-011 is rezoned from MS, Municipal Services to CR1, Country Residential/Low Density.
